In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aaopen," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to aaopen and its associated services, website, and mobile-optimised interface accessible at aaopen.org.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the aaopen platform or accesses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal online account registered by a User with aaopen through which the User accesses the platform's services.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) denomination credit held within the User's Account on the aaopen platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by aaopen to Users, subject to stated terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which aaopen is required to conduct under applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the aaopen website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aaopen.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and must not create or maintain an aaopen Account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an Account and use the aaopen platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an aaopen employee.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the aaopen platform or any related gaming service.
6. You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory body.

aaopen reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts opened by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria — including underage users — will be permanently closed, and any funds deposited by ineligible users may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.

When registering an Account on the aaopen platform, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You will register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are discovered, aaopen reserves the right to merge them, suspend them, and void any associated bonuses or winnings.
• You will not register an Account on behalf of any third party.
• You will complete KYC verification as requested by aaopen before initiating any withdrawal from your Account. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID Card, and PhilHealth ID.

aaopen reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaopen Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs). You agree to:

• Notify aaopen's customer support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Use a unique password for your aaopen Account that is not shared with any other service, including your GCash or Maya account.
• Never share your Account credentials, OTPs, or security codes with any third party, including individuals claiming to be aaopen support agents. aaopen support staff will never request your password.
• Log out of your Account upon completing each session, particularly when accessing the platform from shared or public devices.

aaopen shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access shall remain your responsibility.

aaopen accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional methods may be made available at aaopen's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All Account Balances are maintained in PHP.
• GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer to reflect depending on banking network conditions.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• aaopen does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which aaopen accepts no liability.
• aaopen complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. Any deposit that triggers an AML concern may be held pending investigation.

Withdrawal of funds from your aaopen Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. aaopen will not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• aaopen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
• Any withdrawal request associated with fraudulent, abusive, or bonus-exploiting activity will be declined, and the relevant Account may be suspended.

aaopen offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. aaopen reserves the right to withhold or rescind any bonus from any User it determines to be participating in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonus credit and any winnings derived from bonus credit must meet the stated wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified per promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — check individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

• All slot and RNG-based games on the aaopen platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for statistical randomness and fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, aaopen's systems will apply the outcome that was generated at the time the round was initiated, in accordance with the game's rules.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all wagers and pays associated with that malfunction. aaopen's decision on such matters is final.
• Sports betting settlement is based on official results from the relevant sporting body. aaopen reserves the right to void markets where incorrect prices have been offered due to technical errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaopen platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripted programs to interact with the platform or its games.
• Collusion with other players in any game, including coordinating bets, sharing card information, or otherwise acting in concert to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug are void.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using the aaopen platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unlawful activity.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the aaopen platform, including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, images, user interface design, and sound, is the intellectual property of aaopen or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the aaopen platform without prior written consent from aaopen.

aaopen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the aaopen platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information (name, date of birth, mobile number, email address), identity verification documents, transaction records, gameplay history, and device and usage information. This data is used to provide and improve aaopen's services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including PAGCOR requirements and anti-money laundering laws), and protect the security of the platform and its users.

aaopen will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required for service delivery and legal compliance.

aaopen is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following tools are available to all registered Users from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the aaopen platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if aaopen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform caused by events outside aaopen's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government action, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aaopen's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The aaopen platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that all wagering decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.

aaopen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Opening multiple Accounts or providing false registration information.
• Bonus abuse or other gaming integrity violations.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting aaopen's customer support team. Any legitimate Account Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact aaopen's customer support team and allow aaopen a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. aaopen will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

aaopen reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aaopen will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent announcement on the aaopen website.

Your continued use of the aaopen platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 15.
